Went here on a Thursday evening. It wasn’t busy but the 3 boys behind the counter seemed annoyed by the fact that we were there. When I ordered, they made it so sloppy and quick. Toppings were not chopped or blended well. I’ve been to cold stone before-many years ago-and it was a great experience. That’s why they commanded higher prices. This was not that. Love getting ice cream from here! I just hope they turn up the AC since the weather is warming up fast. It’s WAY too hot in there for it to be comfortable or room temperature and I personally don’t like sweating in line waiting to order.
Awesome place and the servers are awesome.
Today I went to Cold Stone Bakery to get ice cream and there was an employee. The employee name is EYAD who discriminated against us and laughed at us. He seemed to think we didn't UNDERSTAND English, but I kept listening to everything he said. That employee discriminates against people from other countries, which is a very bad thing. I hope this doesn't happen to us in the future. ITS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM US.
