I am very disappointed that you discontinued the Pistachio ice cream. It was one of the best flavors on your menu and my absolute favorite. From what I understand, it was pulled because one customer complained about the number of nuts in it. That issue could have easily been solved by letting people add extra nuts on the side. Love it!! Almost always keeps my expectations high, but the payoff is worth it. my favorite is Cake Batter. Sometimes the flavor tastes off, but love it nonetheless! Absolutely recommend.
I’ve been coming to this Cold Stone for a while, but today was absolutely ridiculous. I walked in with only one person ahead of me and got ice cream for my daughter right away. My sister, who ordered on the mobile app, ended up waiting over 30 minutes for her order while we stood there watching employees ignore it. When I arrived, the employees prioritized in-store customers and didn’t even acknowledge app orders. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple ice cream order, and no one offered an update or apology.
