Just look at the number of one-star reviews for this location. That alone tells everything about the service at this store. Horrible ice cream presentation of a world class name for ice cream, and even worse service. The owner would stay stuck browsing his phone, while his equally unprofessional employees would half heartedly serve watery ice cream. Who on earth would obviously skimp on even a spoonful of mixings they charge extra dollars for. Coldstone makes world class ice cream, but would never go or recommend this place.... read more

Was Raining and picked up a lage ice-cream for guests at home. The lady was unfriendly The cold stone mix was a 10 second mix of little brownie compared to others Stores which give an experience of the cold stone mix.
