I need to find another cold stone near me because I'm sick of them not giving enough ice-cream for the price you pay.. They never fill the size cup ordered with ice-cream.
I remember when ice cream shoppes had ice cream with chocolate chunks in it, or other munchies. Not this place. When I approached the counter and looked at all the choices, I noticed they were plain. Then the employee pointed out that they have extras like chocolate chunks that can be added. That way you pay for the ice cream AND you pay extra for the munchies, which adds up to a higher price. If I could give it zero stars I would but I have to give it at least 1 to write a review. The Young girl working in this location with the reddish hair is miserable at work.Tonight I went and had a big order I simply asked if she was making an item in my order as a milk shake bc it was supposed to be a cup just so that she didn’t waste the stuff and have to remake it. I ordered the chocolate covered pretzel ice cream. NOT a SINGLE pretzel in the disgusting mass produced ice cream. AND the medium cup was around $8.00. I asked the worker if there was pretzels and he said yes. So, the moral of the story is DON'T GO HERE. Not worth the cost and CRAPPY ice cream. Go to 4guys on Washington Avenue in Milltown if you want quality for half the price. Also, my daughter got a milk shake. He asked if she wanted whipped cream. She did and he put a TINY dollop in.
