STINGIEST SCOOPS EVER!! I drove 26.4 miles and $33 for nothing!! The rep was as cold as the ice cream and smallest scoops ever...and I don't think she even gave me the third scoop I was supposed to get. AWFUL EVERYTHING! Will never go out of my way to go to this location again...just as bad as the Deptford NJ location. Best Coldstone was in Wake Forest NC...forget the crappy Dairy Depot...which is a crap "trainwreck" with stale cookies and crap service! Don't waste your time or money!
My daughter requested cold stone for a treat after getting some stitches. Our ice cream was very yummy and the staff was pretty nice. The prices were a little high but for an occasional treat it is alright. Kids love all the ice cream flavors and mix ins.
Absolutely love the choco taco
Love the ice cream but the customer service lacks, I called to see if they could freeze blast the ice cream so it could stay cold since it was delivery the woman I spoke with in the phone and she was very nice but you could hear her co worker in the background having an attitude and being very nasty she even told her coworker over the phone for me to come to the store instead and that I had to pay for it when it states that it’s free. It’s a shame because I go here with my wife often. I will not be returning
Been here twice. I swore I wouldn't come back after the first horrible visit but here I am, I should have listened to my gut. The older lady employee is extremely rude, has no patience, and honestly shouldn't be working in customer service. I thought she was just having a bad day that day. And I let it go. But NOPE I got her again today with the same sour attitude. My lil one was even scared to order her own ice cream just by listening to how this lady spoke to the customers before us.
