horrible customer service kids there dnt care or respect walk away from when they clearly see you standing there waiting in the pick up section if you gotta wait for every person in line to get your order you might as well just show up and get in line because it they dnt care
little girls attending and ruining my family putting but at least one was helpful. I came in as a group of 4 and before me there was a group of 7 and they helping all of them before getting to me but with me they attended others and delaying my ice cream. I asked them for a spoon and she went to the back and never came back I had to ask the nice Spanish one to help me. Horrible service and attention.
Amy the manager is literally amazing! There was nothing that would stop her from making my wife’s birthday the best! The cake was so delicious and we will definitely be back!
