To be honest every time I come here the workers look at me like I shouldnt be going in there for ice cream after 5pm but I like the ice cream so... also they use AI in their posters ... yikes

Used to be really good, but service and quality has gone downhill. What I got tonight was essentially just a single flavor with barely anything mixed into it for almost $10. Next time I’ll just buy a pint of Haagen Dazs and call it a night. In response to Coldstone’s response: The order was a pick up, ordered online. My son’s birthday cake was made beautifully. Amy was very nice and helpful over the phone.
