Absolutely love the choco taco
Love the ice cream but the customer service lacks, I called to see if they could freeze blast the ice cream so it could stay cold since it was delivery the woman I spoke with in the phone and she was very nice but you could hear her co worker in the background having an attitude and being very nasty she even told her coworker over the phone for me to come to the store instead and that I had to pay for it when it states that it’s free. It’s a shame because I go here with my wife often. I will not be returning
Been here twice. I swore I wouldn't come back after the first horrible visit but here I am, I should have listened to my gut. The older lady employee is extremely rude, has no patience, and honestly shouldn't be working in customer service. I thought she was just having a bad day that day. And I let it go. But NOPE I got her again today with the same sour attitude. My lil one was even scared to order her own ice cream just by listening to how this lady spoke to the customers before us. I love visiting ColdStone when I am in the mood for ice cream. I have been going to the Jensen Beach location for years and the employees are always friendly and helpful and the ice cream is always delicious. My favorite is the cake batter remix with cake instead of brownie! So good!
I took my grandchildren there and they love Cold so very nice people that work there. If there was a chance I can give them more than a five star. I would try it out the Jensen one that’s the one I went to.
