Had a pick up order that I was not able to pick up due to a car accident, went back in the next day to see if they still had it. They did but made me a fresh order on the spot even though I told them It wasn’t necessary but really appreciated it after an awful night.
i just moved closed by and i come here very frequently, the staff is always nice. however, i have probably spent over $200 in ice cream and i have yet to get reward. i had the guy check my points he says i have zero and i know by now i should have points, very very disappointing.

The store appears to be venting sewage into the store front and one of the coolers is broken. This was so bad. We should have walked out and they should have closed shop till things were fixed. Edit: I disagree with that response. If you cared about cleanliness the store would have been closed during the repairs. That was disgusting. I did send you a email on your website but I haven't heard back.
