Really enjoyed my visit to Cold Stone. The ice cream was fresh and delicious, with plenty of flavors and mix-ins to choose from. The staff was friendly, and everything was clean and well maintained. Quick, tasty, and a great spot for ice cream!
The supervisor lady accused me of scamming for ice cream because I asked for it to be put in the next size up container so it doesn’t make a mess. She did this, yet they are the ones who measure out the ice cream themselves. Also, my containers exteriors were covered in ice cream creating a mess. They also scammed me and left out part of my order!!!
Lot of young kids...milk shake was thin.
