Better customer service would be nice to have.
Normally I don't have a problem, of the couple times Ive been here. But ordering today my ice cream signature creation was literally all the toppings folded once into one spot and leaning halfway out the cup. I paid $ for a mixed ice cream not a giant scoop of ice cream with a ball of fudge syrup in the middle
Normally I have good experiences at this location. Tonight I went in at 7:30pm and there were only 3 flavors in the case to choose from. I've never seen that...there was no explanation either...like did the freezer malfunction, did your delivery not come...you don't feel like serving and you put it all in the back, what is happening? Left and went somewhere else. People in front of me were confused as well. It's a cute little shop with some really good ice cream. Staff is okay I think they could be a little more kid friendly. All in all my granddaughter loves to go there so we will continue to go back!
