Cold Stones ice cream speak for itself. This review is about customer service after coming in on July 18th at 1pm. The employees here are consistently cold and rude. They have AirPods in, don’t say hello, or thank you. I remember when Cold Stone was fun and you’d tip them and they’d sing and it felt like a warm and inviting place. The employees really put a damper on this location.

This experience was absolutely horrible, me and my girlfriend had arrived at 10:30PM on Saturday July the 11th 2026 and the 4 ladies I could see working were all pissed that we had walked in it was visible on their facial expressions and how they were speaking to us, one of them had taken a phone call right in front of us instead of taking our order... then inform us that they were out off pretty much all toppings and couldn't make what we had wanted... I dont want to assume anything but this was THE worst customer experienc... read more
Online it said store was open and it was not and had closed early stating that they had to close early for whatever reason. This is the second time coming to this location and they were closed when it said online they were open.
The young lady with the braids was extremely rude. When she looked up at us it was a mad face like we were inconveniencing her. We had not been here with our family before and she sounded mad when we asked questions. When everything was ordered she said the total and walked away. I stood there waiting for my credit card receipt and had to ask her if I got a receipt or anything. She walked back to the register and said you’re good before moving on. No thank you, no customer service. We will not return to this location.
