I love cold stone.
Staff insisted I sign up for the Cold Stone rewards even though I wasn't particularly interested. Big puddle of water on the floor, there was a wet floor sign. Three people working. I was only there for a brief time but did not see anybody making a move to mop it up. In addition Cold Stone Creamery website is very buggy. I logged into the website to try to get the rewards and the receipt code is invalid according to the website so I tried to contact Cold Stone Creamery on the website and its buggy. Fabulous service... just the best. And an utterly DELICIOUS ice cream sundae!
The service was fast and the ice cream was good. However, my boyfriend wanted to order a shake and the employee said the shake machine was broken. Immediately after we sat down, we started hearing the shake machine. Obviously, the shake machine was working perfectly fine and the employees just didn’t want to make a shake for some reason. I’m going to have to give him my shake (iykyk) when we get home because we were unable to get one here.
