Wonderful experience, showed up right before they closed and the staff was still friendly and kind and quick to help us
Many different Delicious types of Ice Cream that you can add multiple mix-ins that are mixed with Your Choice of ice cream!!! Different, changing flavors in addition to the regular flavors!! Very Nice customer service mixers!!!
The icecream portions are generous but they gave us very little fruit so it lacked flavor. They also charge me for every single mix in even when it says that one is free.
It’s just disappointing. The website says they close at 10 PM, but we went there at 9:25 PM and the staff said they were already closed, even though there were still customers inside. I don’t understand how it’s that hard to serve just a scoop of ice cream. We also saw people trying to go in, but by 9:30 PM they had already locked the door. Then they said they wouldn’t accept customers because their boss is sick.
Second time we got turned away by the same employee saying that they are close even if it says 10pm, we just wanna get a quick ice cream before going home after work, Love this place but customer service is not good.
