My family and I went in tonight to get ice cream and the gentleman. His name is Gabriel. I told him that I had a chocolate allergy and he really went in the back and sterilized everything just to make my ice cream. I really appreciated that as a customer that’s awesome to see.
I went in and Robbie was so disrespectful to me I don’t think I’ll be back to cold stone because of him he needs to be fired and replaced immediately.

The 2 young girls with the pink and purple hair were great! Great attitude although the line was out the door 30 minutes before close! Give them a raise! 🫶🏻
