Bri at Cold Stone is the reason late-night ice cream runs exist. From the second we walked in, her vibe was unmatched! So friendly, upbeat, and very helpful on finding us the perfect flavors! Her recommendations were spot-on (like… how did she know exactly what we were craving?), and she made the whole experience feel fun instead of rushed. She’s a gem 🍦✨
Went there at 11 PM 12/17 the two young ladies that were working there had nasty attitudes. They acted like we came there at 12 when the store closes even if we came beforehand we’re paying customers please train your employees to welcome all guests and treat them with respect. As soon as we entered, they looked at us and rolled their eyes. I said hello and no one responded. Very unwelcoming
What in to winter park location and asked what ice creams they had that are gluten free because I have been before and sometimes they have new flavor. The girl told me they had nothing and that was it no hold on I'll check. Another worker said you can look it up and tell her, after waiting over 5 mins for what should have been a simple question she still didn't return with any answer for me.
