Alright so I absolutely love Cold Stone's ice cream, so I don't feel like I can rate anything lower than a 3. However, this location needs some work. My husband and I went to get some ice cream on a date a couple of weeks ago and it was probably the most disappointing experience I've had at Coldstone. The service was incredibly slow. I've been here twice this week. Both times Ive had issues. Both times tables were just dirty. When I stood up, the chair stuck for a half second, clinging to my jeans. Both times. Nasty. Today, the second time, I came in to a long line. Maybe 15 people in line, total. One worker at the counter. I didn't move for 10 minutes. Another customer politely asked if anyone else was taking orders. There were 4 more workers in the back chatting away. Six other customers left the store without ordering it took so long. Took them 30 whole minutes to complete my order when I was the only one in the store :/ didn't even start my online order until 10-15 minutes after my pickup time. Great ice cream tho
Terrible experience. Got there at 9:10 at night on a Friday night and there’s one worker that’s working. The other two have been going on breaks. We are finally almost to the front of the line almost 30 min later. Ice cream places should not take that long
Service was slow because all the girls behind the counter weren't paying attention. Then they proceeded to make my husband's ice cream wrong.
