Love the ice cream from this place, never disapoints year on year
The staff here is always friendly and fast. We have Cold Stone back at home however we never go. This one here gives an experience and is part of our vacation tradition
I ordered a chocolate devotion and received something very different. Instead of chocolate chips and browny it came with shaved chocolate and pistachio!!!! Not what I ordered....very disappointed.
customer service was poor, walked in with my friends to get ice cream as one does and the whole time while waiting in line some of the workers were just staring rudely while me and my friends were talking and laughing. ontop of that they dont seem to be as sanitary as some other places, one of the workers wasnt wearing any gloves or anything while serving the icecream and i can tell they had ice cream on their hands. aside from that its alright i guess.
