Terrible customer service. Online their website for Culver City store says that they open at 11:09 am on Fridays. And the hours on the window say 11:00 am for z Fridays. I went there after 11:00 on Friday, 9/19/25 and they refused to open the door. Even lied to me that the website was just updated by the owner so I checked, and it was not. Not going there.
$12.50 for a single scoop?! Horrible prices and not even good ice cream. Skip here and hit salt and straw instead, half the price and such better quality.
Super nice service here and tasty
Outrageous markup of ice cream cakes at this location. In June 2023, I paid $52 for a 6" round Oreo Cookies and Cream Extreme. In June 2024, I paid $65 for a 6" round Cake Batter Confetti. Now, in June 2025, the cost for a 6" round Cookie Dough Delirium is $72! Taking my business elsewhere.
I got a triple pint of coffee ice cream with add ons, the add ons were caramel, fudge, graham cracker pie crust, and marshmallows (I paid extra for the marshmallows) I picked my order up and only got coffee ice cream with no add ons then when I tried to go back they were closed because it was New Year’s Eve I’m very upset because I know the one by my house at usc WOULD NEVER do this don’t come here. I was charged for something I did not receive buy at your own risk
