We went in to get a tub of ice cream today, and when we opened it up it was less than halfway full. Huge gaps and probably about 3 scoops of ice cream. For the price it just makes it beyond disappointing.
This location has gone to hell. It wreaked like raid ant killer. Then when we went to order no one greeted us. There were three teenagers all just standing around. One girl just stood there waiting to be told what he wanted didn’t ask, didn’t engage didn’t offer any help. The smell 🤮
I feel bad leaving this review but it has to be said. We brought our son here for his birthday and when we walked in it smelled absolutely awful. When I asked the employees what the smell was I was told that it was coming from the bathroom. After reading other reviews it seems like this problem has been going on for quite some time. I feel awful that the employees have to work in this condition and that management is choosing not to fix the issue. The smell was so bad I couldn’t even order. I had to walk out immediately because it smelled like sewage.
