Awful. They first rang up $42 dollars for 2 medium size I cream. One medium size cone with two flavors mixed together and one topping. The other medium ice cream cone peanut butter cup perfection no additional toppings just what it comes with .. When I questioned price he tried to tell me what it was. When I still questioned it he rang it up with 2 cones and toppings for both grandchildren finally came to . Came down to 27 dollars. Very expensive mediocre ice cream
The usual Cold Stone taste, which is very sweet and gooey. I am giving only 2 stars because of the lack of hygiene the employees have. They do not wear gloves and basically touch the ice cream, waffle bowl, and any toppings with their bare hands that they use to handle money. I feel like it’s health code violation. Furthermore, they are talking while making the ice cream, which means I am getting their spit droplets in my ice cream…. I will not be returning here in any time soon.
The customer service was very nice, but they lacked real flavor.
