I went here yesterday and the store smelled strongly of cleaning product, I ordered my cone to go and when I pulled up to my house and took a bite in to the cone it tasted like the cleaning product smell in the store, it was so bad I spit it out immediately and threw it away, I called the store to report it and was told I would have to drive back out there for a refund and that a manager would call me back, they never did and it is ridiculous to drive round trip again to resolve this. I should be able to earn points even if I use a coupon. I spent $5 dollars and didn't earn any points. Completely ridiculous. Just because I used a coupon. The employee was rude to me yesterday. I trying to talk and he snapped at me "okay I'm trying read"
