Terrible prejudice new owner, doesn’t care at all about sanitation or customers . Only a few great workers the rest have strange attitudes while serving ice cream lol. Go to any other location besides this one if you can!
We waited in line a long time. We were helped by a young man who was good. Sorry I didn’t get your name. Another worker seemed out of sorts though. Very bland. I believe her name was Breanna. Customer service by being polite is a must. That’s why I am a community guide. Show courtesy to each customer. Praise the Lord.
We weren't acknowledged or greeted when we approached the counter and the 2 employees were standing infront. The table where we sat down was dirty. The temperature outside was 51° the ceiling fans were on inside. It was uncomfortably cold. Not inviting to sit down and enjoy my ice cream inside.
Went to get icecream for my daughters birthday. Service was really quick which was nice. They were patient while waiting for my daughter to state what she wanted which meant quite a lot. Ended up getting chocolate with cookies and sprinkles. The quality of the food was very good. Rich flavor of the icecream and ingredients tasted great.
