Wouldn’t make a waffle cone because they closed the waffles makers down and cleaned them… remind you… they closed in 3 more whole hours .
Worse customer service in the Pointes! n overcharged for single scoop too!
Good service, but the ice cream was tasteless and had frost in it. Also way too expensive. I'll go elsewhere next time.
The AC must have not been working when I came on 6/22. The ice cream was already melting when it was being put on the board for the mix ins to be added.
