Legendary staff. Always treated well and the ice cream is great.
My wife placed a large order with company at the house. It was delivered by DoorDash or Uber Eats. Not sure but both companies are worthless. We only received a tenth of the order. After contacting Cold Stone, and with no help from the worthless delivery company, Ben (General Manager) delivered the rest of our order. Thank you Ben for going above what you did. My wife and I greatly appreciate the added service.
Update Based on Owner Reply: I don’t agree at all. I believe they made the wrong size reread it and dropped it in and called it good. This store has frequent issues with rude and lazy employees. I looked over the last issue about a year or so ago because it was one of the few places with dairy free ice cream but never again. They need significant improvements to be made across the board to address this and stop making excuses. This is possibly the most unethical thing I’ve ever seen.
