Horrible service. My daughter asked for a “side by side” and my son asked for a standard mint chip. Neither got what they ordered and got a plain single flavor icecream and were charged for a build your own. This place is absolutely horrible and has been for a long time. This is the last time we will go and spend any time or money here.

I came to buy ice cream tonight and had a very disappointing experience. The posted hours say they close at 11:00 PM, but when I arrived around 10:40 PM they were already closing. What made it worse was not just that they were closing early, but the way they handled it — with a very bad attitude and no interest in helping customers. I understand that employees want to finish their shift and start cleaning, but if the business hours say 11:00 PM, they should respect that time or at least treat customers politely.
