Went in tonight around 8:15p. Was not greeted, there were 2 employees, one helping a customer and another in the back. The one helping the customer finished with that customer and still said nothing to my family of 3 and went to the back. He came back out a few minutes later and finally said something to us. Many of the ice creams were missing labels or miss labeled. When we asked for something with strawberry ice cream in it that was out of stock and majority of the ice cream were out of stock. Ingredients are a nightmare. Hydrogenated oils, high fructose syrup, polysorbate 80, red 40. If you want to kill your body from the inside out, this will do it.
Whoever thought one employee was enough on a Saturday with a huge festival going on at Zona Rosa deserves a reality check. The line was out the door, and I ended up leaving after waiting forever. Honestly, I felt worse for the girl working than I did about not getting served—there’s no way she’s paid enough to deal with that chaos alone.
Not a great experience 😅 ordered the size “Love it” and this is what I got. I’ve taken maybe 2 bites of it. The ice cream was basically soup and they gave me barely a scoop for a medium size. A little disappointed as this is usually my favorite ice cream place 🥺
Came in around 10pm and it was super busy with only one worker, they were super kind and calm despite how busy it was
