Very disappointing experience. I simply asked what flavors were available because several were not labeled, and the woman who appeared to be running the store immediately became defensive and agitated. She was also rude and condescending to the team member who tried to help. She kept apologizing for “confusing me” and even raised her voice at one point. I wasn’t confused—I was simply asking what flavors were available. The entire interaction was unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable.
Absolutely horrible management at this Cold Stone. The cleanliness and sanitation are seriously concerning. Dishes and food-service equipment have reportedly not been properly cleaned, which is completely unacceptable for a business serving food to the public. Visited this location on 9/25/26. I wasn’t greeted and the facility didn’t smell the best. I live in Saint Joseph, MO and decided to still order since we do not have a cold stone. I ordered 2 everybody’s spending $43.94 total for tubs that were barely filled. When asked about adding more to fill up the containers I was ignored. I wasn’t offered a bag for them and there was ice cream and stuff all over the containers. I had to get napkins to clean them off and request a bag to put the tubs in. Young kids that doesn’t have a clue how to make a milkshake !! I ordered a large milkshake and dude takes forever, brings me a cup half full. When I confronted him about it he sits in down on the counter turned around and started to serve the next person in line.
