You know something is very wrong with this store when the manager outright says to you during a problem "Yeah I have no idea what I'm doing, none of us were trained." That is like something out of a bad comedy. At that point you just have to walk away and wait for the slow death of the store and hope whatever comes after has better management. These children are broken.
Terrible service. Always getting orders wrong. Workers just playing in the back, not making orders. Then when they finally come make your online order, it's wrong and late. They even want you to pay extra for their mistakes!
This place is not honest my wife forgot her bag and we talked 10 minutes later and the bag disappeared for everyone never leave nothing behind on the store,also the employees as always had bad attitude!
Last time coming here. Didnt mean to bother the teenagers working but that was the vibe. Ordered an icecream that was barely cold enough to call ice cream and the mix in process was about as half ass as you could get. Oh and yall play shit music. Shut it down. The whole place.
