I tried to place an order online, and what I wanted wasn't listed. So, I called the store and they said they still have the flavor I wanted that wasn't listed online. I said, OK, I'd like to place an order and she cut me off and said, "We don't do that over the phone." Like, what?! How am I supposed to place a pick-up order if what I want isn't online and you don't take orders over the phone? Terrible customer service.
Good ice cream but they never have chocolate dipped waffle bowls.
This place was the best, the staff was so kind and even gave us a free caramel apple. Loved it and definitely coming back again
This is our go-to location for ice cream! Staff members were very friendly and down-to-earth. 5/5 highly recommend - we WILL be back again!!!
