Had some fakey soft serve at a fast food restaurant I won't name the night before I went to Cold Stone - the ice cream here removed that taste from my mouth and just hit the spot that I needed. It tastes great, stayed nice and cold, and it's real ice cream. Also, Neil helped me out on my visit. His customer service is above and beyond (great listener too). He's awesome. More people should come here!!!!

Great service definitely getting all my ice cream cakes here, the tall gentleman with the tattoos was able to assist me with the exact flavors I wanted in a cake. The cake turned out delicious
