Went today and ordered 3 small. One of them had a female fingernail that ended up in my son’s mouth. Disgusting. Not sure how it got in there coming from inside the area where they keep them. Maybe they should wear gloves each time they grab for ice cream. I called multiple times to complain, and the gentleman working (tattoo on his arm) did not answer . Tried to call again, and it’s going to voicemail on the first ring. Not expecting free ice cream or money back, but maybe they should answer the phone, and wear gloves.
Had some fakey soft serve at a fast food restaurant I won't name the night before I went to Cold Stone - the ice cream here removed that taste from my mouth and just hit the spot that I needed. It tastes great, stayed nice and cold, and it's real ice cream. Also, Neil helped me out on my visit. His customer service is above and beyond (great listener too). He's awesome. More people should come here!!!!
The tattooed guy gave us great customer service. He is always so welcoming when I go.
