We were quite disappointed with the flavor and variety offered. Unfortunately, most of the ice cream went uneaten, and my 12-year-old son even expressed his dislike, saying he couldn't enjoy it and preferred to discard it. It may be helpful to explore a wider range of flavors to better appeal to different tastes.
Big shoutout to Jason for delivering top-tier customer service, handling the crowd like a pro, and somehow making waiting in line actually enjoyable. I rolled up right before a packed Saturday night movie, fully committed to my Jello Pudding Banana Cream dreams, and Jason did not disappoint! Smooth service, great conversation, and ice cream so good it deserves its own standing ovation. Bravo, Jason!
I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The ice cream was already melting when it was served, and when I asked why it wasn’t cold, I was told it was “apparently fine.” It clearly wasn’t. I ended up wasting $10 on what felt more like a melted milkshake than proper ice cream. Definitely not worth it.
2 young ladies in there are usually the ones that help me when i get my ice cream. They are always a pleasure to talk to while i am being served. They are very nice, the place is always clean. They are awesome. Last night it was a younger gentleman, as tires as the young man was he still managed to hold a convo while taking care of me.
