Closed at 7:44pm sign says 10pm people walking around inside
Terrible. Website says it’s open til 11 pm Saturday and the door even says 10. I was there at 840 pm and door was locked and some guy was walking around inside. Called twice, no answer. Drove from Saginaw for cold stone. I’ll never go there again. I can’t say enough bad things right now..
Workers were nice, however lost. We ordered ice cream. We were charged then asked if the names we asked for were on menu list. Like we made them up. Then said ok we have to see if we have that. Then why charge me 1st. Came back and scooped ice cream in a bowl with no gloves. Using bare fingers to wipe side of cups. Scooped on to table and added ingredients from paper cups they pulled from fridge or freezer ( no sealed Tupperware ) just a paper cup. Mixed together AGAIN with no gloves.
