Ice is delicious as always. The staff is terrible. My family and I went in for ice cream, one employee took my daughter’s order, stopped to make a door dash order, and didn’t say a word to us as he ignored us and left us standing and my daughters ice cream melting. They certainly seem to value delivery orders over in person customers and are rude and inconsiderate. This took place on July 5, 2025 around 8:35pm.
I would honestly give it 0 stars if I could. This was the first time I've ever been here, there was 6 people working and only 1 person came and helped at first until about 20 people got in line behind us. We are staying at a hotel so my youngest son and i went and got it for the 4 of us and took it back. The first one they handed to me had ice cream all over the outside and i had asked for lids so the guys just gave me the lid while i was cleaning the ice cream off.
