’ve never had a worse experience with a manager in my life. I was accused of “calling the store multiple times” when in reality, I only called back because they called me first — to tell me that my cake couldn’t be made just a day before it was supposed to be ready. I had a really disappointing experience with this bakery. I ordered a cake for my birthday, and not only was it not ready on time, but the customer service was terrible. They actually blamed me for the delay, which was completely unfair and unprofessional. Overall, a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I was walking down the street and my phone died, so I walked in here and asked to use a phone to call my mother, one of the servers let me use there phone and gave me a small cup of ice cream to cheer me up, I was having an awful day and this really helped :) thank you cold stone

Horrible customer service. I was waiting at the front ready to order and the workers saw me but chose to not take my order and kept talking to each other. I waited 10 minutes to be served and they were really rude. I will not be coming back to this place.

We had 15 minutes to closing and they didn’t let us in. Very unprofessional!
