Tough to rate, because it depends which staff are working. Some staff & management are fantastic - 5 stars! Other staff are awful - poor communication & making errors (ex: ordering a quart of ice cream & they only fill it 75%). Service is inconsistent, so I tried to average my rating.
The worker was not happy to put my gift cards in and did not let me switch my cake from a small to a large. Was not happy to help me at all.
This store always gives an excuse to not serve us 10-15 minutes before store closes. Super unhappy with this location. Doesn't seem like anyone wants to actually do their job
