Cold Stone is one of my favorite go-to spots for a sweet treat. The ice cream is always rich, creamy, and full of flavor — exactly what you'd expect from a premium dessert shop. I love how they mix your toppings right in front of you on the cold stone; it’s fun to watch and makes everything taste even better. The staff here are always friendly, patient, and genuinely seem to enjoy helping.

Horrible customer service skills even when they are treated nicely. Not sure why this newer generation (I’m only 33 and I hate this generation) likes to whisper when talking and roll their eyes and sigh when working with customers. Only explanation is that they are lazy and entitled. Ice cream was good but won’t be coming back.
