Clean store. Overall good experience
Location closes at 10pm. Open sign was off but still open arrived at 8:50pm. We walked in no one greeted us. We had to ask the three workers where to order. Upon ordering they weren’t offering all the toppings. I understand cleaning up before close but if we’re there an hour before closing I’d like to be able to get the ice cream off the cold stone menu. Very disappointed. I’ll go out my way to go the Glen Burnie location next time. Visit was on 8/20/26
The worst place i think I ever went. 3 people working and they are out of all the specials and most topping. There is a Safeway in the same mall. Will never be back.
Will, Harley, bryan Worked incredibly hard tonight. Although the line was busy and I noticed people were giving staff a hard time they remained professional and kind and as quick as possible. This location is always clean, quick, delicious, and never fails to leave me satisfied .. tonight was the cherry on top they worked so hard and still continued to keep integrity kindness & leave me satisfied !!!! 🩵🍨🫧
