The person doing ice cream was on the phone with one hand glove on the other hand making my ice cream talking over it. So disgusting. Then sat his phone on the same counter he is preparing the ice cream. based on these reviews I’m not wrong for wanting to call OSHA.
The place doesn’t smell good.
On Wednesday, I visited this location and encountered a rather unpleasant experience. The guy working the front counter was using old milk to make my smoothie. He went to the back for over five minutes, instead of informing me that the milk was expired. Instead of adding ice, he mixed a lot of water into the smoothie. Lack of customer service. Staff Working with Beats headphones on and a very bad attitude. I didn’t come to spend $15 on ice cream to get attitude from a 16 year old. First, take off your headphones so you can actually hear customers. Second, there’s no reason for the attitude—especially when the store is still open (it was 9:45pm and closing time is 10pm), and there were multiple customers, not just me. The back ground is really dirty. It needs cleaning and disinfecting. Should get a whole new counter.
