Might not want to have your employee eating a McDonald's cheeseburger sitting on the counter with her back towards me when I come in for an online order pickup. Pretty rude
Smells terrible inside and workers are rude as heck
Extremely understaffed in the evening when the store is at its busiest. Staff is rude and don’t seem like they know what they are doing which is probably a result of the bad management within the store that also can’t properly staff the store on weekend nights.
This location closes at 11 pm. My friends and I pulled up for a quick ice cream run at 10:30. It should've taken 5 mins max to get us our ice cream. However, the second we walked in, we received the NASTIEST stares from the workers. They were already cleaning up. As we were ordering, one of the workers started whispering, "This is my last straw," and even started cursing under her breath. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. If you don't want to simply serve ice cream, go work somewhere else. Easiest job but still complaining, smh.... read more
