Server did not wear gloves while preparing my order. When asked, he said he's not required, ask my manager. I said anytime you handle food, you're required to wear gloves. Will be contacting the Health Dept on this location. I watched that server walk in to the store with a backpack and within seconds he was behind the counter handling utensils and scooping ice cream. I seriously doubt he washed his hands and I requested he wear gloves.
Grace is amazing! Her customer service is a 10 out of 10! The ice cream cakes here are delicious, highly recommend!

We walked in right around 2pm on 3/29/25, the one female employee was extremely rude. She immediately told the three of us that she would only take our order when everyone was ready. No hi, hello, or any greeting at all. Then we waited while she was in the back for her to come out and ask if we were ready, just to reiterate that we must all be ready or she wouldn't take our order.
