NO COMMUNICATION AND NO CUSTOM CAKE!!! Horrible customer service in terms of ordering online and communicating live with the customer. Custom cakes require 24 hours notice. I placed a detailed custom cake order Friday early evening, for a Sunday late afternoon pick-up. Email confirmation was received. Went here Jan 23 at 4 the worker was a male!! Very unfriendly!! I had a coupon he didn’t use!! When we walked in he walked to the back!! He made us feel very unwelcomed!! Will not ever go back here!!
I got the Oreo overload, the girl there was nice, and it was delicious.
Way over priced for what you get. $8 for a small Signature Creation! No waffle bowl or anything.
