I won't be back I was told 6.99 for my ice cream then it came up to over 9.00 the Dubai bowl looked nothing like the picture at all they skimp on service hear completely and price switch at the last second go somewhere else

My family and I went here like a month or so ago. If I didn't have my kids with, I would have just walked out... The lady did not understand what we wanted, as in she put our ice cream in the wrong cone type; she could have just removed our ice cream and put it in the correct one instead she tried to argue that we should take it because she already put it in there! ... Cheesecake fantasy had barely any cheesecake pieces in it. Rushed out the door. Very rude.
yesterday night I had my partner pick up a order for me since we live less then 5 minutes away, when we got there my drink was already more then halfway melted and the staff there that night refused to remake it.
