My family and I went here like a month or so ago. If I didn't have my kids with, I would have just walked out... The lady did not understand what we wanted, as in she put our ice cream in the wrong cone type; she could have just removed our ice cream and put it in the correct one instead she tried to argue that we should take it because she already put it in there! ... Cheesecake fantasy had barely any cheesecake pieces in it. Rushed out the door. Very rude.
yesterday night I had my partner pick up a order for me since we live less then 5 minutes away, when we got there my drink was already more then halfway melted and the staff there that night refused to remake it. So I made a complaint on their company site. I had my partner go back today and thankfully our shakes weren't melted but they questioned him about the review I made?? We stopped here for some ice cream with my grandson. NOT impressed. I have cookie dough ice cream and he had cotton candy. When I closed my eyes and had a bite of each I could not tell them apart at all. Sure.. you can add the mix-ins but you rapidly end up paying 8 bucks for a small scoop of ice cream with the mix-ins. The quality of the ice cream itself is really pretty sub par. Will not go back here.
