Sadie S is legendary! Incredibly kind patient helpful superb customer service and super efficient and knowledgeable. She took the time to research to help me determine if everything was kosher. Asking can feel hard at times and she made it so smooth and even said thank you for teaching her what makes it kosher or not. She shared all options available for the least sweetest ice cream-I’m so grateful! Can easily mistaken her as the manager she’s so good!
Our first time ever visiting a Cold Stone, there was a lady working here with a black bandana who looked and acted like she absolutely hated her job and possibly her existence. We got the "Chocolate Devotion" and it tasted AWFUL, I politely went to inform said worker who was the only one working if we could exchange that for something else to be met with the response, "uh if you pay for it!"
