Love coldstone! Always the best service
People that work there are great at ignoring customers. Standing there waiting to order while they pretend that they didn’t see you. Nothing, not even “one minute, or I’ll be right with you“. After a few minutes of waiting, I told my kids that we have to go somewhere else to get ice cream. Typically I don’t write reviews, but this happened a second time. I see that this is how they treat customers. Management should look into this.
Large variety of ice cream to choose from, especially toppings. I used to go to Dip Top but switched to Cold Stone, there’s just lots of stuff to choose from.
employee lied saying there was no ice when there clearly was and i couldn’t get my smoothie :( fire her please she had an attitude as well
