The lady handing the ice cream was on her phone when I walked in. They didn’t have butter pecan. I got the lovit size in the peanut butter flavor it taste like the quality has gone down (very artificial tasting) too many gums and emulsifiers. It had remnants of other ice creams inside it too. I will not be returning. I will be supporting small ice cream businesses.
Most of the girls working in this locations especially on weekend is very very rude I saw how badly they did treating one lady front of her kid then when she ask for the Manager they refuse to help her any information I have a awful experience that day here.
Had a an amazing experience at cold stone . The ice cream was quite tasty and fresh.
Bad service. Do not pick up the phone
I came with my finance in Saturday and Sunday this past weekend and got the best service. Both days I was served by the same employee, his name was Ignacio and he was super nice and welcoming. The ice cream tasted amazing and overall had a great time, I will be coming back more.
