This past Friday, I had a great experience at Cold Stone thanks to Hailey as shown on my receipt! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and had such a positive attitude the entire time. It’s clear that she cares about providing excellent customer service and making customers feel appreciated. Hailey’s kindness and professionalism made my visit even better. Cold Stone is lucky to have such a hardworking employee on their team!
