NO ONE GO HERE IT IS NOT SANITARY!!! Not only were the employees (man and woman) just straight up rude….there was HAIR IN MY ICE CREAM!!!! How disgusting. Went back in to get it remade, i was extremely nice and tried to whisper the issue to not embarrass the employee, and he didn’t even remake it. He made the women remake it while they laughed and DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE. It seemed like they planted it in there since it was so funny to them??? Just so gross I almost threw up.
I’ve been coming to this Cold Stone for about a year now, and I always notice the Indian lady who works here. She is professional and handles the store really well, even when it’s busy….I’ve seen her manage everything alone quickly and smoothly. Just yesterday, a young boy came in struggling to order in Spanish, and she instantly picked up on it and tried speaking to him in Spanish to make him comfortable. I really liked how she handled that. The store is good, and having people like her makes you want to keep coming back.
