This is a great cold stone. They do an excellent job mixing toppings and incorporating a plethora of them. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the customer service could be a bit better. They always just seem exhausted.
The employees are rude here they need to take their jobs serious not laughing and hanging around avoiding customers
I ordered from Coldstones Creamery on Doordash again! I ordered the Mix and Go, Mine size. It was so delicious. Coldstones didn't disappoint! I'm definitely ordering from there again!

I placed order online not knowing if I got scammed by text from cold stone #. I asked the manager if best to order again online or fall in line, was inattentive. Placed order online & presented receipt. 1 staff said 5 mins wait. Other staff said 5:15 pm ( earliest time allowed on app). Manager was still inattentive. When I requested for a refund the manager walked away along with the other staff who gave the time.
