Gia is a horrible manager—changing my score to 1 star, because every staff member in the building treated me with incredible disrespect. Walked in happy to be getting ice cream. we got a “what do you want” i said hello and got a blank stare. so then i ordered two End of the Rainbow Lucky Charms. Customer service here is awful. They are miserable unhappy and just a peach to order from. Most people go in for a sweet treat to brighten their day and these associates are not serving kindness and cheer that’s for sure.
This is an awesome place for Ice Cream! Highly recommend!
