I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent visit to Cold Stone Creamery. We were genuinely excited and waited all day for what used to be our favorite ice cream spot, only to be greeted by an atmosphere that felt cold in every possible way. Instead of a friendly welcome, we were met with rude attitudes and staff who acted like we were inconveniencing them just by walking through the door. No one around to take orders
If I could give zero stars, I would. Came to this location today at 9:20pm, the kid behind the counter was clearly new or has never had a job in his life. I said I wanted a boo batter taco. He said TO MY FACE- ‘OMG THATS GOING TO TAKE SO LONG, okay’. I have a lot of sympathy for food service workers because I hate dealing with the public too, but NEVER would I say that to someone’s face for something I get PAID to do. It doesn’t stop there.
