The mint ice cream had no mint flavor at all. I think someone forgot to add that flovoring when making the ice cream.
Came here the night of the big Fourth of July fire works display at the Branson Landing. Very busy! Wes the owner sent us when we met him and his daughter the day before. Happy to support such a lovely family. Aiden was working and was behind the counter and was incredibly hospitable to every person that walked in. Omg are your nuts with those prices ??? $28 for 2 small cones & 1 small cup ? Never again ! Stuff is good but i feel like a fool paying that kind of money at a chain ice cream shop 😵💫
Enjoyed our visit to Cold Stone Creamery. We really appreciated the young man named Landon. He was very kind, funny and really worked hard to get our orders correct. This family will definitely be back!
Edit: After speaking with the owner, things are being made right. I do appreciate the owner reaching out and hearing me out on top of making the experience right. Let me start by saying we are local and come to this location A LOT! We show up and it's clear to see there are 2 new people behind the counter and one that looks like they've been there a while.
