The only reason it's not at 1 is because the sweet kid behind the counter was trying really hard. His manager came out looked at the line to the door and said she would call around and see if she could get someone to come in an help him....why didn't she jump in? Icecream was more like soup and the place was extremely disgusting and dirty...like hasn't been cleaned in days or months grime....so gross
Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our visit to Cold Stone was not a pleasant one. The staff member helping us seemed rushed and inattentive. She avoided eye contact, didn’t take the time to listen to our order, and appeared more focused on her phone than on customer service. At one point, she went to the back, put gloves on, and continued to use her phone while wearing them. There were no waffle cones available, and she initially overcharged us. Young man behind the counter tonight deserves a raise! Polite and quick, and great service! Even hooked my dog up with a whipped cream and peanut butter pup cup. I will be back just because of that!
