don’t recommend this location. dirty, unkept, and rude service between the employees and the owner. i will not be going back.
Terrible experience. All 3 orders were wrong, and one even had ingredients I’m allergic to. Completely careless and dangerous. They deserve less than 1 star for this.
I purchased the last sugar cone with my order from their employee Lukas. Good luck to their staff in the class of 2026!
Very poor customer service. They'll rather argue with you rather than just serve you and benefit the business.
I originally came in just to use the restroom, but the staff here was so amazing that we ended up staying to treat ourselves. They let us try all the samples, were incredibly patient, and took the time to describe each flavor—everything was freshly made in-house the night before. We absolutely loved the experience and the people here. Huge thanks to Casey, Ciara, and Amril! Love Casey!!!
