Very poor customer service. They'll rather argue with you rather than just serve you and benefit the business.
I originally came in just to use the restroom, but the staff here was so amazing that we ended up staying to treat ourselves. They let us try all the samples, were incredibly patient, and took the time to describe each flavor—everything was freshly made in-house the night before. We absolutely loved the experience and the people here. Huge thanks to Casey, Ciara, and Amril! Love Casey!!!
Too expensive to have that horrible of service. I live in the neighborhood down the street and can tell you I will not be returning.
I’ve gone to this location for many years and always had a good experience and enjoyed their ice cream. However I recently went and found some hair in my ice cream. When I showed it to the girl working she didn’t know what to do and reluctantly offered a new ice cream (which I wasn’t interested in at that point). There was a man working there who was wearing a visor with exposed hair so I imagine that’s where it came from. I still love cold stone and will go back but hope that employees are required to wear proper hair cover... read more
