Too expensive to have that horrible of service. I live in the neighborhood down the street and can tell you I will not be returning.
I’ve gone to this location for many years and always had a good experience and enjoyed their ice cream. However I recently went and found some hair in my ice cream. When I showed it to the girl working she didn’t know what to do and reluctantly offered a new ice cream (which I wasn’t interested in at that point). There was a man working there who was wearing a visor with exposed hair so I imagine that’s where it came from. I still love cold stone and will go back but hope that employees are required to wear proper hair cover... read more
Awesome ice cream and very authentic! Very nice employees. The service was great too, but only problem was that they forgot the hot fudge sauce and to add extra as well. Edit: Changing my review because the ice cream has been lacking it's quality. Going to try hidden gems and family owned parlors not chains.
