I went to this coldstone yesterday afternoon with a friend and needed to use the restroom while there. This was the state of things and honestly, the photo doesn’t do it justice. Everything was filthy in there. The base of the toilet had a buildup that appeared to have been there for possibly a week or more. The cake was good and tasted fresh but the decorating was terrible, Not only did it say the wrong thing, my 6 year old granddaughter could make the letters more legible. And, what’s with the “??” Also, the “&” sign is backwards. If they were confused about my design request (I requested a heart), they should have called me to clarify. The other review images of the cake letterings at this locations are so bad they’re comical.
