Went in here to use the bathroom and witnessed a staff member being incredibly abrasive with a few customers to the point where they left. We didn't stick around long after.

This Cold Stone Creamery is one of the nicest locations I've visited. The store is consistently clean, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. One thing I really appreciated was the outdoor seating area, it's a great place to enjoy your ice cream, especially on a nice day. The management clearly does a great job keeping everything organized and running smoothly. Absolutely loved my experience at Cold Stone Creamery! The ice cream was incredibly fresh, rich, and full of flavor. I loved being able to customize my order with so many delicious mix-ins, and everything was blended perfectly. The staff was welcoming, patient, and genuinely friendly, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. The store was clean, the service was quick, and every bite was worth it.
