Excellent service and very friendly
They didn’t sing one of their thousand jolly tunes to us when we ordered and tipped, but sang to everyone else 🤨😩
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this Cold Stone location was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to speak up — especially because it wasn’t just bad service, it was downright disrespectful. The worker behind the counter — a young, blonde-haired white guy — was shockingly rude from the moment I walked in.
