I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this Cold Stone location was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to speak up — especially because it wasn’t just bad service, it was downright disrespectful. The worker behind the counter — a young, blonde-haired white guy — was shockingly rude from the moment I walked in. They no longer have pistachio ice cream.
Came here for the first time on Friday night (7/18/25). My husband and I were blown away by the team! They were all high school/college kids and all so incredibly friendly, nice and genuinely seemed to enjoy interacting with the customers. Great customer service!
Located right in the heart of The Shops at La Cantera, this Cold Stone Creamery is the perfect sweet stop after shopping or just strolling around. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, which set the tone for a great visit.
