Great ice cream, great customer service, and they are always so patient with my son through his indecisiveness, especially the manager with the glasses. Love this place!

I’m really disappointed with the service at Cold Stone UTC. The staff were incredibly lazy and unfriendly. The guy serving didn't even stand up while we were browsing the flavors, he just sat there and asked which size we wanted. He stayed seated the whole time! Then another female employee took over to serve us, but again, there was no smile or greeting. None of the three employees looked happy to help. It’s a shame because it really ruins the experience. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Delicious ice cream it reminded me of when I was a kid. My friend and I will be coming back to get ice cream here again once all the construction to the mall is done. The young woman with glasses I think was in charge reminded me that I shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. She was friendly and very helpful. Her and another young woman were able to direct us to the store we were searching for.
