Coldstone has great customer service. The staff is very friendly and kind, the only complaint I have is the outside area is filthy.... sticky tables, filthy filthy concrete. Needs a good pressure wash at least once a week if not at least one a month.
I would give 10 stars if possible! I have been regularly going to the location on Newport Highway in north Spokane. The service I receive here is absolutely INCREDIBLE!! I have gotten to know every employee and they are all fantastic! They are always upbeat, conversational, fun to chat with, and I am always greeted with a smile. The manager, Sammy, is just AMAZING! Founders favorite all the way!!
Ice cream is ok, cones are messy. Tables are dirty and not as cleaned. It's just ok, ice cream is good no matter what.
Dirty tables outside with dried ice cream in the cracks. The mixing board was dirty. The mint ice cream didn't have any mint flavor
