The kids are so nice that work there we've never had a bad experience with them
Have been here multiple times, the experience has been pretty consistently positive. There are many ice cream flavors and options, and the employees have been patient, quick and professional every time. I think it's a pretty good value compared to some other ice cream places.
I am absolutely appalled by the cruel and discriminatory behavior my friends and I experienced at this location last night. June 16th 2026 Tuesday night. We arrived shortly before closing to get ice cream for my friends birthday. Not only was the staff incredibly unwelcoming, but they actively denied my friend access to the restroom, two of the staff where sweet one saying they have to ask the manager and the other saying she would have let her use the bathroom. 0 stars very terrible experience tonight was served a melted icecream from the left over bin of icecream and was charged, then the manager had terrible service she denied access to the restroom and started talking crap to her employees when we walked out , smh do better cold stone
Received a cake from them poorly made and when I called, they said they would call me back in a half hour and they never did very upset with how the cake looked not at all what I paid for
