The ice cream was great and the cashier was friendly. Very expensive for ice cream.
When we first arrived the young man greeted everyone. Store was packed and he was handling it well. Kudos young man. On the other hand the lady who came to help him, was rude and very short demeanor when she jumped in the line to help. As we stood in line, she helped the ppl in front of us and the family behind us. The best Ice cream ever!
Had such a great experience at Cold Stone! Kate and Tucker were both super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made the whole experience really enjoyable and were so nice the entire time. You can tell they actually care about giving good service. Definitely made my visit better, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
The kids are so nice that work there we've never had a bad experience with them
