Came in for Mother's Day. Employee was a teen who didn't listen (got my order wrong), did a sloppy job ( wasn't mixed together at all), and I'm fairly certain he just wanted to get the hell out of there. Just like when mine were teens! Ah the memories!

Ordered a beary beary blue and recieved some fruit and vanilla concoction. Tried to pay with cash and the dismissive server could not figure out how to make change. Was forced to pay with debit card, when I asked for a receipt the dismissive server than walked away.
I have been a regular at the North Spokane Cold Stone for several years now, and the experience is consistently awesome!! What truly sets this location apart isn't just the amazing ice cream, but their incredible team. The employees are exceptionally outgoing, upbeat, and friendly and always ask how my day is going. It’s clear that this starts at the top; watching the manager, Shaelin, in action is such a pleasure, as nowadays, sadly, that doesn’t seem to be the norm.
