It was my first and last time at this place. The waffle cone was stale, the ice cream was melting when they handed it to me and the service was terrible from one worker, the other worker was very polite though. But yeah not coming here again.

Wonderful service from marcio, I hope that's the right name it's on the receipt. Super sweet and helpful. We left a different location do to poor service so happy we ended up here.
Service is as you expect from a chain Ice cream store. I’ve heard some interesting rumors about the owner regarding failure to pay wages though, apparently technically failed a couple corporate inspections, local corporate representative apparently doesn’t care enough to keep them on track.. disappointing to hear as this was my favorite spot in the mall..
