My wife and I visited the Broadway & Craycraft location on 20 November 2025 around 6pm, after dinner we decided to get some good ice cream like we've done many times before. This particular visit really sucked, let me explain why, we walked in and it was about a minute before we were greeted, and when greeted, the individual stated, "...be with you in a minute"., 3 mintues later, still no service. I just paid for two medium sized ice cream cups but these are obviously not medium. I mentioned it and the girl said it’s right. But they look like smalls! The only thing medium about these are the cups, not the contents. Also the line was so long people were leaving. I’m more upset about being charged for mediums and being given this.

Walked in and walked out wanted a large cheesecake and the lady dropped the ice cream and told us they had none left in the back very upset cause we waited a minute to even go into the store

Delicious and huge ‘like it’ ice cream as always, the toppings tasted fresh and the service was super quick and helpful. There was a smell coming out of the bathroom.
