Here’s what you get if you pay over $50 for a 6 in cake here: - mismatched cake rounds (ugly slices) * They used old cake from previous arrangements to save on costs - different colored frosting than you asked for - ugly decoration placement - no middle layer filling (when asked for) - ice burn throughout from improper temperature during storage - uneven icing AND NO REFUND, avoid at all costs
Literally the worst and most unhelpful management
Do not order your cake from here. Paid over $60 for a small cake, I asked for it to be made pink and have Oreos placed on top. They never called me to inform me that they could not make it pink due to it having a photo on top and didn’t tell me it couldn’t have Oreos on top as well. They made the cake white and told me that’s that. They gave me a partial refund after I complained but said they’d need my FULL CARD NUMBER, which is insane. I am writing this review hoping to help improving the customer service from their employees. I want there on Sunday, June 8. There was a teen blond girl who didn’t greet when we arrived. There were no more customers it’s not that she was busy. She was just rude. When we were ready to order she continued being disengaged. Not a hi, not a smile.
