This is a really amazing place because they have so many great flavors in here, nothing beats the afternoon blues like a cup of amazing ice cream from here.
We entered 8/11/13, this Cold Stone at 2700 W. Mallard Creek Rd and there's an female employee asking to take our order as she keeps swinging her hair. We ignored her until she asked sone1 else. We got the lady we always wait for. I'm sure hairs was on the ice cream counter. We had sorbet, no toppings in order to avoid the possibly hairy table. Yuk! Sheila, in Charlotte NC

My mohter, sister & I stopped here today. I had a coupon buy 2 for $5.00. I didn't read the coupon closely and didn't get the right item. The cashier rung it up and told the owner? manager? whatver he was that it wouldn't ring up right. He said I had got the wrong item whick I understand it was my fault but he just stared at me and said that will be two more dollars. He needs to take a customer service class and learn how to act.
