I’m giving it to two. Just because I love the ice creams and its my daughters favorite as well. Ik they’re under staff. But whe we went today, the store is empty, when we pulled in, the staff was smoking outside the store. She did washed her hand tho. But that smoke break can probably be used to cleaning the restroom when its not busy at all. Toilet is disgusting and the room is literally next to the counter/tables. 🫠🫠🫠
Coldstone is arguably the best, serving up rich flavors and very smooth, creamy ice cream. I had to give them 4 stars even though generally they are a five star business. We went there an hour prior to closing. 1. The ice cream was partially melted in most every flavor, the woman working brought out a new batch of the flavor we ordered. 2. They were understaffed for the numerous orders they had to deal with; I felt bad for the two gals working to keep up.
