The service was terrible. The sugar cone was stale. There was paper in my husbands ice cream.
I ordered a medium and they put a small cup inside the medium and filled the ice cream in the small.
Service Cold Stone always delivers consistent service. After dinner, we stopped by to satisfy a sweet tooth. The shop wasn't too crowded, and we were served promptly after the group ahead of us. Taste I decided to try something new and ordered a cone with pumpkin and cinnamon roll flavors. It was my first time having these, and they were absolutely delicious! College Park Cold Stone store is the worst, even though the employees and manager are good. The cheap owner doesn't fix the cash register machine and it's been a while now. I lost so many points because of that issue. When you call the owner, he doesn't even bother to pick you up.
Terrible experience. Would not recommend
