My kid didn’t get what was shown in the pic (waffle cone + ice cream). He got ice cream in a cup. Pics enclosed. Feel the display pics were misleading. May be my kid should have read the fine print but how many kids read it, they just get excited by what’s shown in the display. Never been disappointed with cold stone place before until this experience. Won’t be back at this store sadly.

I hadn’t been to a Cold Stone since I was a kid. My partner and I decided to get some ice cream and came to this place around 8pm. The single worker who was staffing the shop was polite and efficient and gave great portion sizes. That’s the only reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1, since the quality of the ice cream was an entirely different story. It tasted like slightly cold fluff with toppings inside.
