PSA to the workers here- a build your own includes 1 free topping. I questioned why my like it total was 6.99 when it should’ve been 5.99, then the worker looked at me like I was stupid and said it’s a signature because it has a topping. No, a signature is one of the signature creations featured on the menu. Worker didn’t fix her mistake, ended up paying 7.28ish for something that should’ve been 5.99. PASS.
Huge shout out to Joe for coming in clutch and saving the day when I made the worst mistake! I accidentally put the wrong date for pick up (a whole week later than our party) so when my husband went to pick it up, it obviously wasn't ready. Joe was able to get things figured out to have the cake made tonight and picked up first thing in the morning...quite literally just in time for my son's 4th birthday party. Thanks to the crew at Cold Stone and thank you SO much Joe for literally saving my son's birthday party!!

Unprofessional and rude employee (Madalynn) constant eye rolling.
Used to like them more, but the new flavors are just terrible lately. "Pistachio" with absolutely no pistachio in it whatsoever, "Pumpkin Bread" and "Cinnamon Roll" are just white ice cream with a tiny bit of cinnamon. And they rarely have any frozen yogurt anymore, just that weird nasty Chocolate Silk stuff. Don't like this "fake flavor" direction they're going in.
